JOB DESCRIPTION
Spa Manager
We are looking for an experienced spa manager to oversee the daily operation of our DermaSpa.
Responsibilities will include:
Manage daily spa operations to ensure a smooth flow of business
Ensure patients with the highest level of care and service to increase sales and rebooking
Maintain a level of excellence by ongoing training, managing and motivating spa providers
Marketing the spa so that it continues to be successful. This includes writing press releases, contacting media and retaining patients with personal phone calls and notes.
Direct retail and product sales in the spa
Set up new accounts and manage them outside the spa
Always evaluating and developing new spa procedures
Managing the written spa materials.
Managing computer software:
Tracking gift certificates, gift cards, and their balances
Incentivizing patients
Inventory management
Reconcile invoices and credits
Communication with clients
Evaluations of the spa by guests
Send thank yous to referral sources (patients, doctors, etc.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in skin care and spa management
3-5 years of managing, hiring and training spa staff
Previous experience with spa management and inventory tracking software required.
Excellent organizational skills
Good technical and computer skills
Excellent writing, speaking and communication skills
Accepts the philosophy of the highest level of service
Experience in sales and marketing both internal and external.
