Experienced Esthetician/Makeup Artist (Cherry Creek)

Simply Moore Makeup and Skincare Studio (under new ownership since March 2014) is looking for a part time licensed Esthetician with proficiency in makeup artistry that will be a strong asset to our team and able to start ASAP. Must be available during the hours of 9 am and 6 pm Wednesday-Saturday. Position is part-time with the opportunity for full-time employment and benefits.

The right person will have a neat professional image, positive attitude, confidence in speaking with clients and selling strategies, a strong work ethic, and the ability to learn quickly and multitask.

Qualifications for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Knowledge of basic makeup services (application, instruction, ingredients, color theory, etc. - basic knowledge is key, we will train you on the rest).
• Experience with facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, brow and lash tinting, brow tweezing, back facial treatments and waxing.
• Knowledge of Sanitas and Lira skincare products, or willingness to learn those lines.
• Strong retail sales skills and a minimum of 1 year experience in cosmetic and/or skincare sales.
• Ability to up sell services and products utilizing strong interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented, with the ability to be self managed and a true multi-tasker.
• The willingness and ability to quickly learn new skin treatments and techniques.
• Ability to be a team player and assisting with the day-to-day tasks associated with keeping the studio running smoothly, such as making makeup.

* Must be a licensed Esthetician in the state of Colorado, and either have, or intend to get Chemical Peel and Microdermabrasion certifications for the state of Colorado.
