Share/sublease my esthetician/Botox room (1957 south broadway)

compensation: Booth rent
I'm going on maternity leave around the 19th of December and planned on being gone until at least the first of the year depending on when she comes. So my room will be available full time through then, then Monday-Wednesday and a possibly a few Thursdays a month after. In the summers I'm booked heavy with weddings so I will also have some Saturdays that you can also have. You would have access to a hydraulic bed, linens, steamer, high frequency wand, iPod doc, light and wax pot (bring your own wax to put in during your days). You have access to the washer and dryer here, but may want to take home if you're worried about hair. Coffee and water for clients. The salon is booth rental, so their isn't much walk in traffic so you shouldn't expect to build a lot, so come with a reliable clientele. You are able to promote yourself through out the salon and do your own advertising. I mainly do lashes, waxing, spray tans, and makeup artistry. So if you do more facials it would be a great trade off. The salon is closed Mondays for hair, so that's a great day for full quiet and relaxation. Also we are open to having an injections gal in the space as we'll.
