Description:
As an Esthetician at AQUA you will perform skin care analysis, treatments and therapies within the scope of your esthetics/cosmetology license. 

Treatments include: Facials, body treatments, waxing and make-up application. You should be familiar with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the esthetics field. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Responsibilities
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and actions through a display of courtesy, service, cooperation, hospitality, sensitivity and professionalism to internal and external customers which means co-workers and customers alike.
• Perform skin care analysis and treatments.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Must be knowledgeable on all skin care and health care products in the spa in order to recommend the appropriate products to clients based on their needs and requests.
• Promote health and wellness benefits of facials specific to each guest and recommend frequency.
• Ensure esthetic rooms are neat, orderly and clean and prepare treatment rooms for the next service
• Clean treatment rooms after treatments
• Attend and participate in company meetings and trainings
• Communicate effectively with upper management and front desk to ensure spa runs efficiently.
• Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, management, fellow therapists and staff.
• Share laundry and general housekeeping duties along with other staff members.

Qualifications
• Have an active Esthetician license in the state of Colorado.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Follow all state cosmetology/salon/spa regulations: update, cleanliness and sanitation
• Excellent personal appearance, good communication skills and friendly congenial personality
• Ability to work in a high volume, busy service environment while maintaining composure and focus on the guest.
