Indulgences is an award winning day spa serving the booming northwest Denver neighborhoods of Highland, Sunnyside, West Highland and LoHi since 2000. We have lots of loyal clients, raving fans (check out our Yelp and Google reviews!) and new customers. We are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as our lead esthetician . Our ideal candidate will possess the following attributes
• 3 to 5 years of hands on experience, preferably in a spa setting.
• The ability to work a full time schedule, Wednesday through Saturday
• Proficiency in all disciplines, including peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, extractions, spray tanning, body treatments and other therapies.
• In-depth knowledge of products and ingredients and the ability to drive retail sales numbers
• A passionate commitment to customer service and follow through
• The willingness and ability to train and mentor the members of the esthetics team
• Bring forward new ideas and recommendations for new services and enhancements to our current esthetics offerings
• Strong communication, organizational and leadership skills
• A commitment to continuing education and a willingness to learn
• Integrity, motivation, a positive attitude and a sense of humor
Our beautiful facility features well equipped, spacious treatment rooms, on-site parking and an inviting environment for you and your clients to enjoy. We offer paid training in all of our processes and protocols, advanced education opportunities, a fixed schedule and complimentary spa services after 90 days of employment. You will have the option of one weekend day off and we are closed on most major holidays so you can spend time with family and friends. Our 3 tier compensation plan offers an hourly salary that grows as you grow with the company, commissions on all the services performed, generous gratuities from clients and monthly commissions on retail sales.
