Our new business in the heart of downtown Denver and Park Meadows will be able to provide fun and fashionable beauty bar service (blowouts, nails and makeup in the elegant ‘bar’ area) and full service massages, body treatments, skin care, and waxing in a high-end spa environment to both out of town visitors and repeat local customers. An amazing, fun, supportive kind of culture Discounted / free services Greatly reduced retail Elegant and safe work environment Responsibilities: Perform amazing facial and skin care services (protocols provided) on our clients consistently Provide an over the top client experience Sell product, packages, and memberships Take care of spa equipment and careful product use Know all services and products to educate guests Perform sanitation and sterilization as per the law and our spa’s procedures Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Side work including, but not limited to: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves, laundry, customer records Meeting scheduling requirements Qualifications: Valid esthetician license for the state of Colorado Perform consecutive facials, microdermabrasion, waxing and other skin care services Strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate skin care recommendations on product purchases Promote health and wellness benefits through our generous membership program Motivation to provide an exceptional customer experience Desire to provide great customer service Strong communication skills Driven and motivated Ability to work with and be a part of the team!
