As a Guest Services Specialist you will be selling Wellness Plan Memberships and working with our therapists to ensure an excellent customer experience to our guests. Duties include taking appointment requests over the phone, setting guest appointments, greeting your guests when they arrive at the clinic, educating the guests on the benefits of regular massage, and presentation of the Wellness Plan to your guests. You must be willing to learn and use our selling protocols and procedures. Massage Envy is the largest and most rapidly growing provider of therapeutic massage and facials in the nation.
