Our Lodo clinic, located in the heart of Lodo between Union Station and the Pepsi Center on the busy corner of 15th and Wewatta, has a full time opening for a Guest Services Specialist. As a Guest Services Specialist you will be selling Wellness Plan Memberships and working with our therapists to ensure an excellent customer experience to our guests.

Duties include taking appointment requests over the phone, setting guest appointments, greeting your guests when they arrive at the clinic, educating the guests on the benefits of regular massage, and presentation of the Wellness Plan to your guests. You must be willing to learn and use our selling protocols and procedures.

We have 28 Colorado locations and over 1100 clinics nationwide where we employee more than 30,000 therapists and estheticians nationally. Our goal is to reach as many people as possible with professional, therapeutic massage and facials at convenient times and affordable prices.

Requirements:
Prior sales experience is a plus.
High School Education completed.
Some college education is a plus.

We offer:
$12.00 base pay with robust commissions based on membership sales.
