Pharmaca Integrative Pharmacy is actively hiring Seasonal Customer Service enthusiasts to act as our stores’ cashiers and product experts during the busy holiday season. Our CS Team Members are the first faces our customers see and it’s our goal to provide outstanding and unique shopping experiences to every client that walks through our doors. As a Customer Service Team Member, you’ll gain experience in retail merchandising, expand on store operation skills and grow your natural-product knowledge base. It is our Customer Service Team members’ duty is to help every customer feel like their time in our store is the best part of their day, regardless of if they make a purchase.

We operate under the philosophy of being One Team – this means you’ll interact with acupuncturists, estheticians, pharmacists and more. You’ll also assist with merchandising, stocking and providing support as needed across all store channels. Our CS Team Members are can-doers and problem solvers with the brightest dispositions around!


Here’s what we’re looking for:

            - Experience in a retail environment
            - Basic knowledge or passion for natural supplements or skin care products
            - Excellent customer service skills
            - Past practice in running a register and utilizing hand-held devices
           - Comfort working in a high-volume retail setting
           - Confidence in math skills and cash handling
           - Strong attention to detail and understanding a sense of urgency
           - Ability to bringing a smile to a stranger’s face
           - Relationship building and interpersonal interaction expertise
           - Flexibility in scheduling, including availability for some evenings and weekend
