Aspire Medical Spa is looking for a professional, part-time Esthetician seeking to further their skills within a growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a face of Aspire, working directly with customers to consult on their skin care, deliver all appropriate services, and recommend further treatments. This position is client facing and must be reliable in interacting with patients. At least one year of experience working in a similar role is required along with all the proper certifications.

Job Duties:
Serve as a representative of Aspire, welcoming patients and through customer service guide their experience at the spa
Review client files to provide the appropriate services and recommend other Aspire products and services
Educate clients about products being used during treatment and the reasons for their use
Maintains knowledge of products being used and stays up to date on all certifications and licenses
Keep professional notes on each client and continuously update their files after services
Assist with tasks to prepare for clients including changing rooms over, ensure proper setup, and maintain a cleanly environment
Help maintain a well-stocked, clean, and elegant looking spa
Work with members of the team to set regular sales goals

Certifications and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have the following licenses and meet the following qualifications:
Up to date Esthetics license (required)
Dermaplane Certification (required)
Chemical Peel Certification (required)
Micro-needling Certification (required)
Laser Certification (While this is a plus, this is not required. Must be willing to go to school to obtain certification. Our team will offer trainings after getting certification)
Must be comfortable interacting directly with clientele
Must be comfortable building your own client base through ongoing relationships and offering new services
Professionalism when interacting with clients and representing Aspire
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
A fast learner who can pick up new skills and is willing to grow in personal knowledge
