We are looking for a highly motivated, talented and experienced Esthetician with 3+ years experience who would be responsible for giving guests high quality treatments, as well leading a team through positive influence, development, and mentor-ship to ensure the highest standards of guest service. Essential Job Functions: Demonstrate business acumen, with an understanding of key business drivers and can identify opportunities for salon growth Meet or exceed salon financial metrics including; service and product revenue, average ticket, client retention, staff retention/turnover and contribution goals Effectively interviews and selects staff. Creates a work environment that minimizes turnover and maximizes retention. Effectively trains staff so that they are able to consistently provide service that meets the salon’s service standards. Manages the appointment scheduling and proper handling of incoming and outgoing calls with the expected “Gold Standard” customer service level Performs of our services to scheduled Proficient and educated in working the POS software, sales transactions of clients for services and retail items, and manage the end of day cash drawer reconciliation Resolve issues such as scheduling conflicts or mishaps, product returns, customer complaints, and general salon maintenance to keep everything running and looking its best Educate clients on retail products’ key benefits Collaborates with Salon Management on strategies to determine and ensure ongoing standards for weekly revenue goals, staff productivity, average ticket, and customer retention goals Holds staff accountable to the policies and procedures of salon. Mentors, coaches, and provides regular performance feedback; conducts performance reviews. Conducts Esthetician meetings; attends regularly scheduled meetings and training. Reviews and ensures all opening and closing procedures are completed. Ensures all treatments are performed according to current protocol. Provides client follow-up when appropriate; explains products used and application of home care Possesses excellent knowledge salon.
