Esthetician wanted for a unique concept in the Denver Highlands. VERT beauty, an eco-chic beauty boutique, is seeking an experienced, passionate person to join our team. We are a fast growing natural and organic beauty boutique with a variety of high end skin care, makeup, bodycare and hair product lines.
Responsibilities:
  • Perform skincare and waxing services
  • Set and achieve personal sales goals
  • Support Store Manager on all events and sales goals.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops
  • Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
  • Initiate service consultations by asking open-ended questions to learn the customer’s preferences and needs
  • Provide honest and confident feedback to customers regarding products
  • Keep accurate and complete records
  • Build and maintain good customer relationships
  • Book appointments for return services
  • Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize business results
  • Perform daily store maintenance tasks including receiving shipments, stock work, re-merchandising, display, and daily cleaning
  • Open and flexible scheduling availability- Sundays are required
Qualifications:
  • Colorado Esthetician license is required
  • Dermaplaning Certification
  • Microdermabrasion Certification
  • Proficient in facial massage and waxing
  • Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about green beauty trends
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers and coworkers
  • Excellent client service, communication and organizational skills
  • High level of ownership, accountability and initiative
  • Open and flexible scheduling availability, Sundays are a must.
  • You must have a professional appearance and attitude and know how to have fun
*Manual Lymphatic Drainage Massage experience a plus
*Sugaring and soft wax experience a plus
