Esthetician wanted at skincare and wellness center (Centennial)

An established and successful holistic, integrated medical skin care clinic that’s been serving the Centennial area for over 20 years, is seeking a passionate and high performing Licensed Esthetician. We are looking for a candidate who has a background working in a medical or clinical setting. Candidate should be able to demonstrate ability to bring in new clients and deliver the highest in esthetic services. We are not only looking for experience, we are looking for someone who has a strong desire to be successful and help grow the business to the next level. Applicant must have the following:

-At least 3-5 years of esthetic experience (an established client base is a plus)
-Laser/IPL, microdermabrasion, and chemical peel certified. Microneedling experience a plus
-Strong customer services and hospitality skills. Our practice is heavily referral based, and focused on customer satisfaction
-General office and computer knowledge related to occasional assistance with appointment scheduling/ check in/check out, etc
-An upbeat, positive, friendly attitude - we treat every customer with a great deal of attention and care
-Excellent communication skills
-Excellent sales skills
-Respectful, reliable, punctual
-Self-motivated
-Work well as a team member
-Maintain a professional, presentable appearance at all times
-Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
-Ability to work at least two Saturdays per month, and occasional evenings.
-Additionally, overall wellness knowledge is a great plus as our business is integrated with a variety of wellness practitioners. We are strong advocates of overall wellbeing, and treating the skin and health from the inside out.

This position would be a great fit for an esthetician who already has an established client base and wants to branch out into an overall wellness-related practice or eliminate the operational burdens associated with an independent practice.
