 Position Summary

Are you a Makeup rock star looking for more than your typical salon/spa job? Are you ready to be a part of something entirely new and unique in the salon & spa industry with unlimited growth opportunity?
Ella Bliss is a new Beauty Bar that will be opening December of 2013. We are looking for Makeup Artist who would like to be part of shaping this exciting new business.

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Understanding of makeup technique and practice
• Ability to create Ella Bliss Signature Makeup looks
• Maintains knowledge of all products used
• Greets clients in the waiting room and guides them to the treatment area
• Speaks with the guests to obtain an understanding of their expectations and restrictions, and provides education about the makeup
• Recommends Makeup products to guests following treatment
• Completes other tasks/assignments as assigned.
• A passion for working with people
• Can-do attitude and high energy level
• Reliable and timely
• Ability to connect with creative stylists
• Experience with scheduling software
• A creative outlook on reshaping the Salon/Spa Industry
• Dual License is a plus but not a requirement

Requirements:

• Previous Makeup experience
• Previous customer service experience
• Adhere to local and state licensing/certification laws and regulations

Pay & Benefits:
• $13-$17 Per hour during a service booked
• $7 Per hour when no service is booked
• 5% Commission on all services & product
