We are seeking a Paramedical Aesthetician with strong knowledge and experience with Laser Treatments. This person must be a team player who is self-motivated and energetic, with excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will always facilitate a positive and efficient office environment by modeling professional, yet fun and friendly, performance and conduct.
Must Haves:
o Minimum of 2 years associated experience as a Certified Laser Specialisto Active Colorado Licensed Paramedical Aesthetician
o Education specifically geared towards required skillset, above
o Professional appearance and demeanor
o Possess the ability and willingness to demonstrate care and compassion in dealing with patients and family members
o Laser Tattoo Removal Experience
o Demonstrates and utilizes problem solving capabilities and the ability to follow through to ensure resolution
o A strong ability to exercise good judgment and common sense
o Is proactive in identifying areas of need and determining the best resolution to present to management
o Strong oral and written communication skills
o Team-oriented personality
o Ability to multi-task and operate under pressure
o Superior customer service skills
