Part-Time Esthetician (Colorado Springs)
VillaSport Athletic Club and Spa is a full-service athletic club for the entire family. We are seeking motivated, friendly individuals who are dedicated to providing world-class customer service to our members. Individuals with flexible schedules are highly desired; weekends, evenings and occasional special events required.
We offer competitive wages, free club membership, as well as a 401(k) plan that provides a generous company match of up to 4% of an employee's compensation.
POSITION:
The purpose of this position is to provide facials, aromatherapy, body treatments, massaging, analyzing, extractions, make-up application, waxing, tinting eyebrows and eyelashes with professionalism, personalized service, and hospitality to guests. All guest services are to be performed in a timely, courteous, and efficient manner. The esthetician consistently assists in providing information to any inquiries, helps to coordinate all guest requests for services, and maintains impeccable cleanliness of the spa.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensures guest comfort and safety throughout services performed
• Enhances guest experience by maintaining a well stocked, orderly, and immaculately clean environment.
• Product/Service knowledge.
• Must be familiar with the spa computer system (CSI) and pertinent functions to properly locate and read appointment scheduling function, as well as any special notations regarding guest procedure.
• Ability to keep accurate reports and logs as required.
• Provide first-class customer service at all times.
• Maintain and improves club knowledge.
• Adhere to all club policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a positive attitude and be a team player.
• Over 1,000 hours practical experience.
• Spa and/or salon experience required; strong background in the fitness/spa services industry preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Current C.P.R. and First Aid certifications preferred
• Maintains up-to-date knowledge of the latest techniques/products.
