Position: Spa ConciergeSupervisor: Spa DirectorDepartment: Spa Wellness Center FLSA Status: Non-ExemptPosition Summary To interact positively with guests, make and confirm spa reservations, record and track payments,

answer the phones and provide knowledgeable customer service about spa treatments.
Essential Functions

* Promotes the spa by conducting tours and answering guest questions
* Answer phones, book and confirm spa reservations
* Tracking payments, handling cash and balancing a till
* Coordinate with group meeting planners to book large reservations
* Provide support to technical staff in various duties
* Knowledgeable and comfortable with retail sales
* Maintains supplies, including towels, shampoo, and locker room amenities

Position Requirements
Minimum Knowledge Requires knowledge of specialized or technical field or a thorough knowledge of the practices and techniques of a professional field. May require knowledge of policies and procedures, and the ability to determine a course of action based on these guidelines.
Formal Education and Job-Related Experience This position requires a minimum formal education of some high school and a minimum of six months job-related experience.
