JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing clinical oversight and a treatment plan for patient care. Responsible for the supervision of technicians (estheticians, nurses, PAs and/or nurse practitioners) providing aesthetic medical treatments at the clinics.

Responsible for providing clinical oversight and a treatment plan for patient care. Responsible for the supervision of technicians (estheticians, nurses, PAs and/or nurse practitioners) providing aesthetic medical treatments at the clinics.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assists the Chief Medical Officer and Legal Department in the development, implementation and optimal adherence to clinical protocols, outcomes, data analysis and helps minimize adverse events.
- Provides assistance to the clinic manager and regional manager with patient management and quality assurance.
- Provides education to patients concerning both the treatments that they are receiving as well as other services available at American Laser Skincare.
- Responsible for signing client charts upon initial review of suitability/medical evaluation/consultation.
- Responsible for signing Injectables ordering documentation for supervised clinic(s).
The ideal candidate will have the following desired skills and abilities:
- Appropriate knowledge of medical equipment, product functionality and skin treatment.
- Superior interpersonal and communication skills with clinic staff and patients.
- Leadership with above average judgment.
- Practicing in one of the following specialties preferred:
- Dermatology
- Cosmetic Plastic Surgery
- ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery
- Gynecology
- Emergency Medicine
- Internal Medicine/General Practitioner
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
- Experienced in the use of aesthetic medical lasers, injectable fillers and neurotoxins preferred or possess a suitable background and willingness to learn techniques.
- MD or DO degree with current board certification in Internal Medicine, Dermatology, Cosmetic Plastic Surgery, ENT/Facial Plastic Surgery, Gynecology, Emergency Medicine or General Practitioner.
- Active and unrestricted Medical License in state applying
- Five or more years of history in clinical practice is preferred.
- ability to function within a highly matrixed environment.
- Ability to drive results, work collaboratively, think strategically, and manage external relationships, exhibit good presentation skills.
