Medical Aesthetician for Luxury Denver Med Spa (Denver) Requirement: Working as a medical aesthetician for a minimum of 3 years. This does NOT mean working as a spa esthetician. If you have worked underneath a physician and performed: laser therapy, chemical peels, pre- or post-operative skin care treatments, etc. this is what I am looking for… Laser certification is also a requirement. High-end Denver Medical Spa actively looking for that diamond in the rough… I need someone: diversified, knowledgeable in many areas, self-starter, warm and fun energy, personable with superior work ethics and high level of professionalism. Must be willing to help out your team in many areas: marketing, events, cleaning, educating patients, admin support, training, etc. Being a team player is as high of a priority as your experience. What lasers have you worked with? How have you WOW'd your patients? How do you customize regimens for your patients? I am looking for that FIVE-STAR concierge service… How do you stand out amongst this saturated field? Successful sales = educating patients Do you have experience in what we do most? Medical-grade facials, dermaplaning, laser services, chemical peels, CoolSculpting, B12 injections, product sales and now offering microneedling. An extra plus but not required: If you have an established clientele that will follow you Facial cosmetic surgery knowledge Know how to prep skin for facial cosmetic surgery Working knowledge of ethnic skin types Bilingual We have a gorgeous space; I'm just looking for the right fit to join our team. We have a close team so looking for that team player is key! Are you a spa owner and tired of the overhead and want to be part of a team? If so... happy to talk to you as well... Flexibility is a MUST. This position will most likely start out at 2 days per week until you are able to increase your patient volume. Hours are typically Mon – Fri (8 am – 5 pm).
