Our retail and beauty bar area offers a light, bright and social wine bar where blowouts and nail services are performed and our serene spa retreat area with private treatment rooms offers an oasis for receiving expert facial skin care, therapeutic massage, results-driven body treatment services and other aesthetic services. Spa extras such as glassed-in party room, hydrotherapy, quiet aromatherapy as well as an expansive ladies’ lounge with full amenities are a unique mix of extras provided for our clients’ convenience and enjoyment. An amazing, fun, supportive kind of culture Discounted / free services Greatly reduced retail Elegant and safe work environment Responsibilities: Perform amazing facial and skin care services (protocols provided) on our clients consistently Provide an over the top client experience Sell product, packages, and memberships Take care of spa equipment and careful product use Know all services and products to educate guests Perform sanitation and sterilization as per the law and our spa’s procedures Perform prep work and properly clean and restock room as required. Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction. Side work including, but not limited to: dusting, cleaning, sweeping, inventory, cleaning dishes/glasses, re-stocking product shelves, laundry, customer records Meeting scheduling requirements Qualifications: Valid esthetician license for the state of Colorado Perform consecutive facials, microdermabrasion, waxing and other skin care services Strong desire to help others and promote the health and wellness benefits of facials while making appropriate skin care recommendations on product purchases Promote health and wellness benefits through our generous membership program Motivation to provide an exceptional customer experience Desire to provide great customer service Strong communication skills Driven and motivated Ability to work with and be a part of the team!
