As a beauty advisor, you'll build relationships with customers to create a loyal client base that depends on you for the latest trends and products. Job Description: 
Pursue this great opportunity with Walgreens in our expanding role of providing an upscale beauty experience to customers in our exciting, revamped retail space! You can play an integral role in creating an amazing customer experience by consulting with customers on their skin care needs, conducting skin care analysis, recommending appropriate products and processing transactions. The LOOK Boutique Team will focus on delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience.
Job Responsibilities: 
  • Engages customers by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services
  • Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Recommends items for sale, including trade-up and/or companion items
  • Conducts transactions for sales, returns and exchanges
  • Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised, takes inventory and maintains records
  • Checks in and prices merchandise as required or as directed by the store manager or the LOOK Boutique Lead
  • Assists other LOOK Boutique team members when not providing services to a customer
Required Qualifications: 
  • Cosmetology or Esthetician license as granted by appropriate state licensing authority
  • At least 2 years experience in retail sales
  • Basic level PC skills (for example: start up and shut down computer, use mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between programs, save files, print documents, access information on-line, etc…)
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and/or external customers, including meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evening and weekend hours
  • Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish
