A Touch of Wellness- Esthetician Opportunity in Reunion (Commerce City, CO)

We are a massage and facial spa located in the Reunion Community in northern Commerce City CO.  A Touch of Wellness is a team of professionals who are in their own private practice and we are seeking to rent office space to Estheticians and Massage Therapists.   
Your Opportunity Includes
-  Month-to-Month Rental Agreement—“No long term contract”
-  Established clientele
-  Freedom to build your own business and clientele
-  Reasonable room rental packages available for both part-time and full-time.
-  $45 monthly service fee. The service fee covers the following amenities:
Ø  Reception area w/kitchenette and bottled water for guests
Ø  Use of an online scheduling & POS system
Ø  Laundry service
Ø  Marketing & Promotion

-  Esthetician/Massage Equipment:  9-in-1 multifunction facial machine, hydrocollator, towel warmer, and stone warmer provided by A Touch of Wellness.  All other equipment necessary for the operating of his/her services will be furnished by therapist.
-  Supplies:  Robes and slippers provided by A Touch of Wellness.  All other supplies necessary for the operating of his/her services will be furnished by therapist.
