Botanica Wellness Sanctuary in City Park West is seeking one more skilled esthetician to add to our growing program. Our center thrives on a welcoming atmosphere, knowledgeable practitioners, and the best skincare products available. If you're looking to help people look and feel great in a no-drama, beautiful spa setting, read on!

Applicants should be passionate about skincare with experience in:

-Advanced skincare knowledge and ability to recommend goal-oriented treatment plan
-Pregnancy-safe skincare
-Facials
-Chemical peels
-Microdermabrasion
-Epidermal Leveling/Dermaplaning
-High Frequency
-Waxing (face and body)
-Body Treatments
-Eyelash Extension experience a plus

We feature two skincare lines, Eminence Organics and SkinCeuticals. Applicants with experience with either of these two lines will be preferred, but training will be available for the ideal applicant regardless. Our estheticians receive 20% commission on all product sales.

Our estheticians are employees, and are eligible for a retirement account after 1 year of employment! Other benefits include ability to trade with other practitioners in the center (we offer Acupuncture, Chiropractic, Nutrition & Massage). Payment for services is commission-based. We also have the best clients in the world who understand the importance of tipping! Employees enjoy 40% off product.

Expectations:

-Minimum of 1 year working as an esthetician
-Currently licensed esthetician in the state of Colorado with license never having been revoked
-Have active liability insurance
-Professional appearance and not smelling of smoke of any kind.
-Arrive early to set up and stay after last client to make sure the room is perfect for the next person.
-Customer satisfaction oriented. Willing to go the extra mile to ensure that our clients leave happy and feel that their money was well spent. If there is an issue, you're always ready to make it right.
-Gets along well with others, teamwork-oriented and ENJOYS WORKING!

Availability:

WEEKENDS A MUST. Other days possible if desired in future. Ability to cover other esti's shifts ideal.
