Get in on the ground floor and help lead the growth and development of an exciting national tattoo removal chain. We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic leaders to join our team as Center Managers and support the opening and operation of our new location in the Loveland, CO market. Center Managers will direct and lead the center's team to exceed business goals, and may include focus areas like sales generation, store operations, client services and clinical protocol among others. We are currently open in Pittsburgh, Richmond VA, Minneapolis, St Louis, Kansas City and Indianapolis.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Ability to drive results through others, demonstrates quality leadership skills.
-Demonstrates superior interpersonal and communication skills with store staff and clients.
-Maintains appropriate oversight of store operations including sales, reporting, safekeeping of business assets, and client records.
-Ensures and demonstrates high standards in all aspects of client service.
-Ensures the effective hiring, supervision and development of team members.
-Maintains positive and loyal relationships among referring businesses, artists and others.
-Actively solicits and resolves areas of concern in the referral community.
-Provides education to clients concerning the treatments that they are receiving.
-Is responsible for signing client charts upon initial review, recommending appropriate follow up care and recording laser settings and other treatment protocol as needed.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
-College degree or three or more years of clinical business/management is preferred.
-Past Business, Spa or Practice experience is a plus.
-Experienced in the use of aesthetic medical lasers preferred or possess a suitable background and willingness to learn techniques.
-Ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
