Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist is responsible for providing legendary service to all internal and external customers using in-depth knowledge of products and company processes as well as communicating effectively with team members throughout the organization.
  • Provide product recommendation to consumers via phone, email and Live Chat
  • Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
  • Provides timely and accurate information to incoming customer order status and product knowledge requests
  • Work closely with Finance and Operations departments to resolve customer concerns or disputes
  • Partners with the sales team to meet and exceed customer’s service expectations
Requirements
  • High level of reliability and responsiveness
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal
  • Contagious positive outlook with a can-do attitude
  • Collaborative team player willing to take direction and have initiative to complete tasks
  • Highly organized and ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated, quick learner with a love for troubleshooting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • NetSuite experience a plus
  • Esthetician license a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Required experience:
  • Customer Service: 3 years
  • Consumer Packaged Goods: 1 year
Required license or certification:
  • Esthetician preferred
