Massage Envy is seeking full-time and part-time, positive, high performing Wellness Advisors(Sales Associates) who are interested in working in an exciting sales environment. We are seeking proactive and intuitive team members that can provide great customer service while becoming experts in matching our clients with the right therapist to best suit their therapeutic needs. At Tiffany Plaza, our goal is to change lives, one massage or facial at a time!

Our Wellness Advisor duties include:
- Greeting our guests
- Introducing guests to their Licensed Massage Therapist or Esthetician
- Provide hospitality during the guest's visit
- Answering phone inquiries
- Computer and filing work
- Selling Customized Wellness Agreements

The following requirements are essential for our Wellness Advisors:
- Previous sales experience, at least 1.5-2 years
- Ability to meet required monthly sales goals
- Excellent customer service skills
- Positive and outgoing personality
- Strong work ethic
- Fast learner
- Ability to work in fast paced environment

Compensation includes a base pay structure depending on experience plus commission. We offer health benefits for full time employees, paid time off, as well as ongoing employee incentives. We also provide opportunities for advancement to management level positions for top sales and customer service performers.
