Our Integrative Health Center, located in the Lower Highlands in Denver, is seeking a full-time, licensed Esthetician. A qualified candidate will have both sales and laser experience, a professional appearance, flexibility, a warm personality and demonstrate a willingness to be self-motivated. Our very busy office takes a holistic approach to health and wellness, so a natural approach to these matters is desired. Currently we are located off of I-25 and 20th street, in a beautiful building overlooking downtown. We have a full integrated functional health and aesthetics center and are a very busy office, especially during our busy season. We are like family and our staff is very important to us. Whomever we hire must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year of employment. We offer competitive pay, and the job comes with a lot of perks! Hours must be flexible and Saturdays will be required. Most days we are open 8-7pm depending on our schedule and how busy we are. Saturdays we are currently open 10-3pm Requirements: - Obtains client's informed consent for facial plan prior to beginning the session - 3+ years of esthetics experience a MUST - Experience using skin lasers a MUST - Ability to resolve patient complaints and ensure patient satisfaction - Time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize - Experience working with Mindbody scheduler is appreciated - Effective and accurate written and oral skills within office and client charts - Flexible schedule and adapts easily in a fast paced environment - Retail sales experience for skincare products and supplements associated with skin health - Comfortable discussing high-priced items and treatments with clients - Applicant must be 21 years or older - References required Applicant will be expected to help with all operations of running a small business if/when needed. This includes but is not limited to scheduling patients, preparing treatment rooms, processing patient payments, entering patient information, and keeping the treatment room tidy. We can and will provide the necessary training on the skin care lines and devices that we utilize.
