Achieving your fitness goals should be QUICK with IMMEDIATE results. What We Do We provide non-invasive wellness technology and protocols for weight loss, body shaping, improving cellular health and reducing stress, so that clients can look, feel and perform better. Job Description: We are looking for a Spa Esthetician who possesses a Health and Fitness or Wellness background along with a sales acumen to join our TEAM! If you are OUTGOING, motivated, reliable and enthusiastic about the benefits of health and wellness, and can coach our clients then you will enjoy a career with us. You must also possess an understanding of the importance of client relations and have a passion for helping people achieve overall skin and wellness goals.Our Estheticians: -Administer various facials including microdermabrasion and micro-current-Consult with clients about what is best for their overall goals-Sell the benefits of the 7e Fit Spa program to our clients-Administer body treatments-Assist in maintaining a professional front desk /reception area and cleanliness of the spa-Provide excellent service to clients by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting clients upon arrival and processing their payments-Educate clients about skincare and sell products-Actively pursue sales goals-Maintain client reports and notesRequirements:
  • CUSTOMER SERVICE ORIENTED and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management, and Spa staff
  • Licensed Esthetician certified in micro-needling and dermaplaning
  • Professional, responsible and dependable
  • Computer literate and a fast learner
  • Taking initiative to help others is highly encouraged
  • Able to work cohesively with others in a fast paced environment
  • Previous experience in customer service and sales
