Position Overview:
The role of the Esthetician or Cosmetologist is to fulfill the needs of the clients by performing the best salon/spa services possible. They will also be responsible for providing the highest levels of customer service. Maintaining a clean work environment, utilizing a cash register and continuing to learn through webinars & eLearning are also essential parts of their position.

The ideal candidate for this position has a Cosmetology or Esthetics license, excellent interpersonal skills, a desire to work in the beauty industry, an outgoing and upbeat personality, and professional dress, speech, and behavior. Previous experience in waxing, facials, tinting, and lashes services is preferred, but not required.

Main Responsibilities include:
  • Perform services as requested, including waxing, facials, tinting, and lashes
  • Upselling products and services
  • Engaging customers
  • Maintaining Sanitation
  • Refilling supplies
  • Checking clients in and out
  • Performing additional duties as required
Requirements:
  • Esthetics or Cosmetology license
  • Previous experience preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills
