Esthetician Instructor 

Pay Rate : $32.37 

Position Objectives: 

This substitute faculty member will perform instructional duties and related activities in accordance with the philosophies and procedures of Emily Griffith Technical College and lessons developed by the Esthetician Program Instructor as needed.

Essential Functions: · Teach assigned courses in Esthetician.
· Demonstrate teaching skills and knowledge to perform a variety of functions in the area of esthetics.
· Be knowledgeable in both service and merchandising businesses.
· Proficient in Word, Excel, and Power Point.
· Demonstrated competency with multiple instructional delivery methods including online, hybrid, face to face and individualized learning.
· Experience using various forms of instructional technology such as smart classrooms, podcasts, presentation software, and online course management systems.
· Maintain discipline and enforce rules of conduct and behavior in accordance with school policy.
· Oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Experience Requirements: · Current State of Colorado Esthetician license required
· Wage-earning experience in a related occupation within the past 7 years
· High school diploma, GED, or higher
Taught in a vocational technical school or community college preferred
