Ad for New Lash Stylist / Eyelash Extension Stylist
Highbrow Parlour is an expanding eyelash extension studio located in Boulder, Colorado near the 29th Street Mall. We have grown a steady clientele over the last two years and are getting ready to launch our new brand...and we need your help!
If you are an existing lash artist with a passion for learning all there is to know about eyelash extensions, we want to hear from you!
We practice classic lashing, and provide lash lifts and tints. We also use advanced eyebrow techniques for brow shaping and tinting.
We are looking for someone who is ready to take her career to the next level with advanced training. We need a part-time Lash Stylist who is a licensed Esthetician. We prefer someone with at least one year of lashing experience. We provide continuing education and extensive ongoing training and therefore ask for serious, goal-oriented applicants only please.
Qualifications:
  • Must be a licensed Esthetician with a passion for lashing
  • Must be responsible, mature and customer service-oriented
  • Must have lashing experience, brow and facial waxing skills, and be willing to learn and follow our unique brow shaping and lash styling application techniques
  • Must possess a charming, magnetic personality who will retain clients long-term
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with a variety of ages and personality types
Duties:
  • Performs professional eyelash extension application sessions back to back
  • Understands and carries out sanitation and sterilization protocols
  • Will promote our exclusive retail products for aftercare
  • Creates a beautiful, relaxing experience for clients while being efficient, thorough and helpful
  • Maintains a professional attitude with clients and staff
Compensation:
  • Intensive training with a master lash stylist guiding you through advanced techniques in lashing & brow shaping
  • Continuing education from industry leaders in the US & Canada
  • Commission + Gratuities (after 90 days there is a potential for a quarterly bonus based on business performance as well as an increase in client base)
  • 10% commission on all retail
  • Will have a consistently booked schedule within the first month
