Hello! Charlotte Tilbury and Nordstrom are looking for Makeup and Sales Talent in the Park Meadows Area! If you are passionate about Makeup, Skincare and Fragrance and have the Makeup Artistry Skills and Exceptional Sales Experience to back it up, we may be interested in YOU! Charlotte Tilbury is taking the Cosmetic Industry to the next level, we work in a fast paced environment and have high expectations when it comes to artistry, sales and customer service. This position will need flexibility, so working day, night and holidays is a must - not all but some!
Qualities we are looking for:
- Strong Makeup Artistry Skills
- Love of Skincare, Esthetician experience a plus but not mandatory
- Expert Sales Experience, know how to listen to clients needs, prescribe products and most importantly ask for the sale (strong closing of sales)
- Limitless Thinking, have an entrepreneurial spirit
- Clientele Experience, experience calling clients, selling over the phone
- Reliable
- Team Player
- Not afraid to be on the Aisle, Recruiting clients to experience Charlotte Tilbury
Salary (hourly) stated above is a range but can be lower or higher based on experience, this does not include commission, so this is a factor as well.
