The Natural Acne Clinic has developed a acne clearing program, delivered virtually online and in-person, that achieves clear skin for 95% of our customers.

The power of our scalable, profitable model is converting frustrated acne sufferers into happy people who are also monthly subscribers for our skin care and supplement lines.

We are a world-wide telemedicine company that utilizes a proprietary software to coach acne sufferers through a 16-week Acne Clearing Program. We also offer in-person medical esthetics procedures such as IPL, MicroNeedling, Chemical Peels and Medical Facials. We sell our own skincare, herbs, supplements and health foods via our e-commerce platform and have an in-house fulfillment department.

ur clinic specializes in conducting holistic acne consultations, identifying the unique triggers for the client’s acne, creating an acne clearing treatment plan, selling skincare products, herbs and supplements and then supporting the client through a 16-week program.

We were recently awarded 3rd Fastest Growing Small Business by Denver Business Journal and won A-List's Best Medical Spa 2016 & 2018. We are a fast-growing company and are looking for a dependable Operations (Clinic) Manager that has a background in Management, Health Care and Operations and enjoys people and problem solving. You will be training directly with our CEO and Founder and expected to become an expert in our programs.

Required Background/Experience: 

• Bachelor's Degree or MBA
• Strong IT background and understanding of cloud-based software
• 5+ years Management & Operations experience
• Marketing background and strong creative thinking skills
• Health Care or Medical Spa background
• Training or licensure in different types of small business management, leadership training, marketing and/or scaling a small business
• Previous experience creating structure, policies and procedures in a small business setting that is scaling quickly

Main Responsibilities: 

• Learn all aspects of the business (administrative, shipping & fulfillment, sales, in-clinic acne program and esthetic services, online acne program, human resources, training, etc)
• Develop and implement policies and procedures
• Analyze current operations and restructure to maximize clinic efficiency, client experience and employee morale
• Monitor the daily operations between our clinic and online acne program
• Quality control
• Accounting duties: budgets, invoices, P&L, cost of goods sold, balance sheets, etc
• Develop and executes aggressive long and short range financial objectives to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals and budgeted expense goals
• Lead and develop a team of Health Coaches, Estheticians and Adminstrative team
• Promote teamwork and positive morale
• Assess employee performance and suggest ways to improve their skills
• Coordinate client schedule to maximize usage and efficiency
• Train and hire new employees
• Monitor accuracy of acne program results
