We are seeking a full time SPA COORDINATOR to join our team in our genuine European Spa in Cherry Creek North.
The Spa Coordinator is responsible for scheduling, promoting spa services on the phone and in person, greeting guests as they arrive and providing information regarding the spa menu and products to enhance the overall experience. The spa coordinator supports the estheticians and spa owner in their needs to deliver an exceptionally relaxing environment for every guest through their understanding of the industry and its products.
Essential Functions:
  • Answer the phone in friendly and courteous way, providing information, scheduling appointments and taking any notes necessary
  • Complete payment transactions prior or post a guest service
  • Assist in checking inventory levels and order product as needed
  • Assist in upholding the relaxing and clean environment of the spa: organization of spa products and make-up counter, ensuring service providers have clean linens for treatments, and ensuring the front lobby is clean and inviting
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in same or similar position (Front Office Agent/Receptionist/Coordinator) in a luxury environment, preferably a spa/salon
  • Previous cash handling position is preferred
  • Must be an enthusiastic, high energy team player
  • Excellent communication style and strong attention to detail
  • Strong computer skills are essential
  • Professional appearance: tattoos must be covered at all times and no facial piercing
