Job Description
An established and highly respected Aesthetic and Cosmetic Surgery practice is looking for a Licensed Aesthetician to join our team. Our Licensed Aesthetician Team member will: 
Deliver a superior experience to both patients and clients. Be licensed or willing to get certified to perform CoolSculpting body contouring and fat removal treatments; Medical Grade Microdermabrasion/Micro-needling; Dermaplaning; Chemical Peels; HydraFacial; Customized Facials; Laser Hair Removal; Non-invasive Facial Aesthetic Procedures; with specialized training for all skin-types, skin conditions, and aging skin. Utilizing best practices, clinical management skills, cosmetic therapy modalities, cosmeceuticals, and nutrition protocols specific to each client and treatment.
Perform all aesthetic services including: comprehensive consultations, medical history review, contraindications, face and body treatments, before and after photos, provide patient pre- and post-treatment/procedure preparations, record BMI, timely follow-up, and correspondence with clients, etc.
Perform practice related duties including: prepping/cleaning rooms, sanitation/sterilization, restocking supplies, inventory, organizing intake forms, treatment notes and charting, answering phones, practice cleanliness, proper sterile technique and handwashing, utilize protective eyewear as required, etc.
The aesthetician will provide exceptional patient care from first contact through all ongoing care, provide prompt follow up and on-going communication ensuring continuity of care and long-term professional rapport. The aesthetician will also serve as a skin-care specialist, who will educate our patients and clients on pre/post treatment care, home care, and life-style recommendations to ensure optimal results.
Uphold and demonstrate infection control techniques to ensure that every part of the treatment/service experience you create for your clients supports their overall health and well-being. Ensure that each activity performed is done in a way to minimize the risk of infection to your clients and yourself and to avoid any contamination of your tools/products.
As a health care professional, it is important that you present to our clients, patients, vendors, and peers a positive image representative of our practice and our commitment to professionalism and excellence.
Participate in Customer Acquisition Management - Be actively involved in new patient/client acquisition and converting existing prospects into new patients/clients through all marketing efforts, internal and external marketing, promote events, utilize Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and business-to-business networking.
Commitment to growing client base, continuous training, education, and self-improvement.
Qualified Candidates Must: 
  • Possess current, valid Aesthetician license from the State of Colorado
  • Have knowledge of Colorado state laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Have leadership, ethics, interpersonal skills, and salesmanship.
  • Possess basic computer skills.
  • Be energetic and self-motivated.
  • Be available to work a minimum of 24 hours each week, with at least one shift till 7pm per week.
  • BCLS Certified
  • Plan, implement and participate in monthly educational and promotional events and seminars as scheduled by Management.
Preferred Experience includes: 
  • Minimum of 1 year as a licensed, practicing aesthetician
  • Previous spa experience
  • Hotel/Hospitality experience
  • Receptionist experience
  • Consulting experience
  • Strong Customer Service Experience

Hourly: $14.00 to $18.00/hour commensurate with experience + commission at 1 year service
