We have 3 spa treatment rooms available for move-in April 22, 2019.
We are relocating to the Columbine Shopping Center located at 3625 West Bowles Avenue, Littleton.
Bring your own business or build one in a professional spa setting with the bonus of over 3000 clients, which can serve as a built-in client base for you to market. Rockstar will assist in promoting your services to all existing clients. This is an excellent opportunity to build clientele from our busy spa and to be part of our grand opening.
Each room will have a sink and decorative chandelier light, which can be swapped out with your own, if so desired. Room walls are white and waiting for your personal touch.
Room 1. Approx 8.25 x 1 0.5 -- $600 per month
Room 2. Approx 8.5 x 11 -- $650 per month
Room 3. Approx 8.5 x 11 -- $650 per month
Our space is going to be beautiful and contemporary, and 2 doors down from Rockstar, a new high class social lounge is opening the same week which will generate a lot of foot traffic to the shopping center.
