With over 80 locations sold, as a trainer and educator you will play a key role on the team in executing modality and protocol training for new openings and existing locations. You will also have an amazing opportunity to work alongside our Director of Spa Services supporting with research and development of spa treatments.

We offer Minky's eyelash extensions, which is recognized as being one of the top brands and products around the world. spavia™ offers a full variety of spa treatments for our lash artists/estheticians, so you can perform more than just lashes! We offer a full line of skincare offerings including: facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, waxing, spray tanning and mineral makeup! Additionally, your guests can also enjoy a full variety of body offerings including massage, body scrubs and body wraps for a full spa experience!
Job Requirements: 
  • Actively State Licensed Esthetician
  • Certified in Eyelash Extensions from major brand
  • Minimum of 1 year experience training or instructing
  • Advanced modality training (preferred, not required)
  • Part Time to Full Time Position
  • Flexibility a plus
  • Ability to drive goals, train and motivate team members
  • Strong technical competency, specifically with Microsoft Office ( Word, Excel, and PowerPoint )
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, passionate and goal-driven
  • Professional, and drug/alcohol free
