A Medical Spa in Golden, CO is looking for the right person to join our growing business! We are looking for someone highly motivated that wants to grow and be the driving force behind a new and successful business. We take excellent care of our clients and employees! This dynamic, high performance lead position has lots of opportunities and growth ahead.

The Esthetician is responsible for the following, but is not limited to: Answering phones, emails and text messages, managing front desk duties.
Able to perform Laser Hair Removal, Skin Tightening, Body Contouring, Tattoo Removal, Laser Vein Therapy, IPL, and Non Ablative Skin Resurfacing/Fractional, Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, and Dermaplaning
Be an Expert at taking care of clients
Anticipating client needs
Know more about the clients than they know about themselves
Proven sales history (Consultations, Products and Treatments)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, documentation and charting
Leadership with a healthy mindset and upbeat personality
Event planning and Marketing Knowledge
Be goal oriented
