$13 an hour - Full-time, Part-time, Commission
Hand and Stone Massage & Facial Spa is currently hiring a Sales Associates for its Lakewood/Belmar location. This is an excellent opportunity to grow with a company in the health and wellness industry. We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and reliable Sales Associates to join our team part. Candidates with proven sales skills will receive first consideration.Responsibilities:
  • Provide world class customer service
  • Sell memberships, gift cards and upgraded services
  • Be familiar with all spa services and policies
  • Educate clients about spa services, products and policies
  • Greet clients warmly and energetically
  • Book appointments on the phone and in person
  • Maintain a neat professional appearance/ adhere to dress code
  • Accept payments
  • Possess excellent phone and communication skills
  • Interacts with spa staff including other spa associates, therapists, and estheticians
  • Help maintain a professional, clean and safe spa environment for employees and guests
  • Complete other duties as assigned by Spa manager
Hourly Salary start at $ 10/ hour , Up to $13/hour and earn commission on salesBenefits:
