Deka Lash is hiring a Studio Manager - Lash Artist for its Boulder location. Qualified candidates must have a current esthetician or cosmetology license. A minimum of two years management experience is required. One year of lashing experience is preferred. Bring your positive attitude and Lash Extension skills to us for a huge opportunity.

Main Responsibilities include:

• Lash Artistry in addition to management and leadership
• Upselling products and services
• Checking Clients in and out
• Engaging customers with world class service
• Sanitation and Industry standards
• Lead and coordinate initial and ongoing sales drivers (pre-sale events, studio events, outreach)
• Responsible for overseeing the sales process and systems
• Manage, monitor, coach-develop and evaluate the performance of all Deka lash related lash artists
• Compliance and adherence to Deka Lash Business Policies for daily studio operations
• Monitor the hiring, training and scheduling of all Deka Lash studio staff
• Responsible for recruiting and on-boarding all Deka Lash employees
• Build and maintain studio utilization through scheduling optimization
• Develop a high energy culture through contests and incentive-based motivation
• Model all studio activities through self-involvement (leading by example)
• Train and mentor team for ongoing success and future growth
• Ensure Deka Lash branding through consistency and continuity in all actions
• Properly empower, monitor and evaluate specifically assigned responsibilities of sales team and fitness team
• Manage disciplinary actions involving all Deka Lash studio employees should they arise

Requirements:

• Responsible for annual Deka Lash staff performance reviews.
• Enforce Deka Lash corporate policies, business practices, systems and processes.
• Ensures that all front desk systems are followed such as proper Member Check-In, Telephone Inquiries (general and sales related), Guest Registration, cash handling, delinquent account procedures, customer care calls, change requests and document scanning
• Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service
• Provide effective decision-making regarding customer service issues
• Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound.

Job Qualifications:

• Sales leadership
• Must possess excellent leadership and management skills to create a positive, successful environment for staff and clients
• Previous management experience in the beauty industry
• Strong work ethic, integrity, and professional demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and manage client and staff concerns
• Ability to work and function in a TEAM environment
• Flexible to work day, evening and/or weekend hours as needed
• Beauty minded people with a passion for eyelash extension services
• Previous lashing experience preferred, but not required
