NURSE MANAGER/ INJECTOR This is a unique opportunity for Full-Time licensed RN, NP or PA and requires a well-organized individual possessing excellent organizational, personnel management and communication skills. This is a high-energy position that requires you to make decisions and multitask in a fast paced environment. The practice manager is responsible for the workflow and performance of the clinic to achieve expert patient care, maximum productivity and meet revenue goals. The chosen clinician will be injecting (Botox, Dysport, Restylane, Perlane, Radiesse and B12 shots) approximately 70% of the time and 30% of the time will be managing the medical spa. Avanti Skin Center of Denver is a well-established Medical Spa in Cherry Creek North that has been in business for over 7 years. We have an established clientele and are seeking the right person that wants to work with a great team to achieve and enhance patient goals. Duties & Responsibilities: Clinical consultations with new patients Agree with patient on desired and attainable outcomes Review patient history for possible contraindications Ensure all consent, HIPAA, and clinical instruction forms are signed and dated Chart all notes and applicable information Administer treatments in the most efficious and safe manner to patients Advise patients on packages, combinations, discounts and cross-sell products and services as appropriate Promptly report any clinical incidents to the Medical Director and owner Aides in overseeing and managing the daily operations of the clinic Motivates staff to reach the goals for the clinic and assists with sales revenue and profitability Assists in developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and expand customer base Primary interface with the estheticians to ensure patient satisfaction and efficient operations Desired Skills and Experience: Minimum 3 years medical spa or related; cosmetic based plastic surgery or dermatology injector preferred Proficient in computer skills Knowledge of or willingness to learn software used in the spa Strong decision making skills Motivated, self starter Ability to maintain harmonious working relationships while addressing complex and sensitive administrative issues Dynamic team oriented personality Clinical competence and confidence Professional appearance is a must Good language skills Current, valid and active Colorado license (RN, NP or PA) and documented training is required Administer various services including injections Previous responsibility for maximizing clinic revenue goals Provides services in a fast paced, high profile, upbeat environment Laser Certification and experience desirable About this company Full-Time, Base pay + Monthly Incentive Bonuses are negotiable according to experience.
