If you're established in your industry and have a loyal following, we have 1-2 treatment rooms available to start your own business, or expand your current business. We have an established med-spa and we are also happy to cross refer patients. We can also add you to our list of services on our website.

The rooms are very nice, spacious and brand new. The space would be great for an esthetician, aesthetician, spray tan technician, make up artist, eye lash extensionist, brow-shaping/tinting, waxing, hair extension business or other similar beauty or wellness service. Other small businesses may also work.

The office is in the heart of the Highlands/Lower Highlands in North West Denver, 5 minutes drive from Downtown. The location is excellent, street level, close to shopping, food and drink. High-end location includes free off-street parking, shared private reception, kitchenette and washroom. There is abundant drive-by and walk-by traffic. The building is quiet and beautifully decorated.

The rooms are brand new, clean and provide natural light through windows with a blind, adding comfort and darkness if required. Rooms are available 24/7 days a week. Utilities included.

Must be considerate of our shared space and our patients and work well with others. The rooms are not available to businesses offering Living Social or Groupon services or deals.

Monthly rent is $700 a month per room. We may also be willing to provide treatment rooms in return for a commission.

Month-to-month and 6 weeks security deposit required.
