BILINGUAL MEMBERSHIP COORDINATOR
It is the Membership Coordinator’s responsibility to provide stellar customer service to every member and potential member that communicates with our call center and to provide expedient, efficient and accurate data processing for each individual membership renewal/application, while demonstrating a strong work ethic and excellent communications skills.
Responsibilities:
Handles all aspects of member support including but not limited to:
  • Answering phones and responding to member calls and emails
  • Data entry of membership applications and renewals
  • Verification of training/license credentials
  • Processing checks and credit card transactions
  • Maintaining data integrity in the membership database (netForum)
  • Successfully leaving note audit trails on all files
  • Shared rotation of online chat software
Required Qualifications:
  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English
  • Proven call center experience
  • Excellent phone skills and email etiquette
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Open attitude toward changes in environment and procedures
  • Expects personal performance and team performance to be nothing short of the best
  • Ability to communicate clearly about member benefits
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Bonus Skills:
  • Cosmetology and/or nail technician experience
  • Able to read and write Vietnamese
Our offices are right off I-70 in Genesee, just west of Golden. We're looking for a talented person to join our informal, fun, busy team. Starting compensation is $33,000 annually, with an annual team bonus opportunity, health care coverage, 401(k), and paid vacation.
