NOW HIRING 3 positions: Massage Therapist, Esthetician, Wellness Coach (denver area)
compensation: Flat rate per service + 10% Commission on products sold - 1099

You will only have to come to the Spa when you have clients booked!
You will receive an additional 10% Commission on any products sold, and you will be trained on all products sold.

Massage Therapist
All massage supplies provided.
Will receive 10% Commission on product sold.
All massages are designed specifically based on clients individual needs.
Promote the health and wellness benefits to client's receiving massage therapy on a regular basis.
Create excellent experience for clients through friendly and helpful attitude.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Position requirements:
Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Must carry liability insurance.
Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage required.
Knowledge of other various modalities preferred.
Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.
Understands and believes in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
Pay is every two weeks.
Esthetician:
Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly, professional, and helpful attitude.
Promote the health and wellness benefits to clients.
Perform consecutive 50-minute quality customized facial sessions within scope of training.
Sell professional-quality retail skincare products in conjunction with services performed. .
Design customized facial sessions based on guest's individual needs.
Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
Safeguard client information and confidentiality.
Position requirements:
Must adhere to local and state licensing laws and regulations.
Must carry personal liability insurance.
Must pass background check.
Customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, fellow therapists/estheticians, clinic management, and sales staff.
Understands and believes in the benefits of skin care.
Entry level Wellness Coach
Assist our clients in finding new ways to inspire healthier habits. The position will work closely with our clients in promoting wellness and helping individuals realize their personal best. Our Wellness Coach will be responsible for developing a wellness coaching relationship with clients and assisting the client through the process of actively working towards better health by providing support, encouragement, and education.
The Wellness Coach will be responsible for contacting participants that are interested in the program for enrollment and provides necessary wellness coaching to reduce or eliminate high-risk behaviors.
Encourages adoption of habits that are conducive to a higher quality of life.
Responsible for supporting operational aspects of the division to meet the organization's customer requirements and satisfaction.
Develop and conduct onsite health-related wellness seminars and training courses for interested clients.
Develop customized care plan for program participants including goals and plan of action
