Looking to hire TWO upbeat, fun and delightful estheticians! The business is located near Park Meadows Mall.

I am a former skin care Educator/Dept Chair and an artistic photographer. I have a business background so, while I help a great deal to introduce you to creative ways to gain and keep clients I do expect you to do your part. This business grew 160% last year so, I know the hard work pays off!

WE WORK HARD AND PLAY HARD! I want all my people to work to live, not live to work but in the beginning it will be a LOT of hard work so if you are not hungry for a challenge you will not thrive here. We are friendly and professional towards each other and our clients. We hug our clients and they really enjoy their visits with us. We have no room for snobs and/or being treated poorly by clients or each other. Upbeat, friendly, well groomed, hard workers - all are welcome to apply!! Setting up interviews now.

Qualifications:

~Criminal background check required. 

~1 year minimum experience. This experience must include working in a spa or medical environment -- working out of the home will not be accepted as experience. If you had less than one year and are interested in interning contact me.

~If you have less than 5 years experience you will be required to perform a peel, facial and microucrrent treatment in your third week to make sure you are qualified. If you DO have 5 + years you should have social media/internet reviews over the past few years to prove how awesome you are. If you do not, I highly doubt you will qualify for the marketing portion of this position.

~Certification in chemical peels.

~Must have an active CO esthetics license.

~Must be able to provide contact information of former employer. If you are still working at your only reference and I am unable to call them let me know.

~Depending on experience level the pay is 40%-50% service commission and 10%-15% product commission.

~Must be available first two weeks Mon-Fri for training

~Have a willingness and flexibility to learn and accept our culture which includes staying educated in the industry as well as classes on marketing, etc.

This position is for Mon, Tue and every other Sat. Once you build those days up we can talk about adding another day.
