MEDICAL ESTHETICIAN

compensation: commensurate with experience
Medical esthetician position available for busy dermatology practice

Looking for the following
•licensed esthetician
•previous medical office or medispa experience required
•superior technical skills and ability to connect with clients that leads to retaining those clients.
•sales experience, comfort with the sales process a plus
•advanced skincare / product knowledge (Obagi, Avene, EltaMD, Latisse, Botox and filler knowledge all helpful)
•good work ethic
•polished and professional demeanor and dress
•punctual
•reliable vehicle or transportation -- may require travel to satellite offices
•ability to multitask and prioritize
•a positive attitude
•able to work in team environment

Job description includes, but is not limited to, the following:
• esthetic consultations with patients on both skin care products and cosmetic treatments
• customized facials and treatments including medical microdermabrasion, chemical peels, and IPL/Acleara
• acne surgery treatments, milia and skin tag removal
• Coolsculpting and Ultrashape consultations and treatments
• assist providers with treatments including Dual Fraxel, Vbeam Perfecta, and Photo Dynamic Therapy
• assist with cosmetic events in the office and the community
• order and maintain cosmetic inventory
• administrative duties related to cosmetics- taking payments, scheduling appointments, phone consults
• attend trainings and seminars to learn treatment protocols and enhance knowledge
• assist administrative medical staff in scheduling, answering phones, patient flow in the office


Hours: Must be flexible in your work schedule and be available selected Saturdays
