Full Time Esthetician/Lash Extension Stylist & Part Time Front Desk (Denver, CO)
compensation: Commission for Esthetics Position/Hourly for Front Desk
Great waxers in this town are in high demand! Come join a team where you will be appreciated. We are a boutique waxing and beauty salon with exciting growth happening. We are seeking 2 new people to add to our small staff.
Must have flexible hours and be able to work Saturdays, mornings and evenings throughout the week. We will train and certify you in eyelash extensions (if you do not already have experience and training). Must be excited and interested in eyelash extensions, as this will be the majority of what you do with a small amount of waxing. No clientele is required, but it is a plus if you do have some loyal clients for waxing or lashes. We ask our estheticians to be versed in both hard and soft wax and be able to speed wax. If you are inexperienced in any aspect, we will train you. We want you to be successful and be the best at your craft! This is a commission position with an hourly rate during training.

• You must have some waxing experience. We will fine tune your skills but we need the core talent to be there.
• Need to have a valid cosmetology or esthetics license in Colorado.

Front Desk Coordinator:
We are looking for a part time front desk coordinator to help us grow our waxing boutique. This could turn into a full time position (if desired). Salon experience is great, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. Our ideal front desk coordinator is looking for a long-term position with room for growth into a management position.
Must be:
• A team player
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative
• Efficient and well organized
• Ability to upsell services and products to our clients
• Need to be flexible with hours -- will require some mornings, afternoons and evenings, as well as Saturdays.
• Fun and outgoing
• Able to answer phones, check clients out in a timely manner, manage social media and perform light cleaning around the salon.
