Customer Care/Esthetician (Louisville)

We are seeking outgoing individuals with skin care knowledge who are smart, responsible, and motivated to provide legendary customer care to our retail consumers and wholesale customers at our facility in Louisville.

Duties include but are not limited to:
• Educate customers about skin care and recommend skin care products
• Ability to communicate with comfort about our wonderful products
• Order entry of sales orders from wholesale and retail customers
• Responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate schedule
• Report daily activity to appropriate personnel

Requirements:
• Experience in natural skin care sales, wellness and beauty a plus
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness
• Positive, contagious spirit and energy
• Customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication skills to be able to communicate effectively with clients, management and staff.
• Professional attitude, cheerful, dependable, self starter, willing learner and team player who enjoys delivering the WOW factor to our customers.
• Collaborative team member passionate about learning and teaching
• High level of organizational skills
• Time management skills
• Self-Motivated

Physical Demands/Working Conditions:
• Must have valid Driver's License
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
• 10% travel required
