Comfort in prescribing professional treatments as well as home care, relationship building, marketing and networking and post treatment phone call check ups. Available to attend monthly meetings to help one another thrives as individuals and as a team. Meet sales goals for services and retail. Other duties outside of your professional certification include but are not limited to the following; opening and closing duties that include properly cleaning the establishment and sanitizing implements and equipment, laundry, handling and turning in money scheduling your client appointments, selling retail and using Salon Iris software. Qualifications: ~Background and credit check required. Because you are an independent contractor you will have a key, have the ability to be here unattended and will be expected to handle money. The concern is NOT your credit score. The concern is to make sure we are all working with trustworthy, responsible professionals. This is evident if you have been attempting to take care of your responsibilities and should reflect in your recent credit history. If you do not want the inquiry on your credit, providing a copy or even pulling it up on the Credit Karma app is just fine. ~3 years minimum experience. Should include working in a spa or medical environment -- working out of the home is not accepted as experience. ~Active CO esthetics license and all state required certs. ~Insurance that covers all services performed. ~Must be available first week for software and workflow training. ~Have a willingness and flexibility to learn and accept our culture which includes staying educated in the industry as well as classes on marketing, etc. ~Must become certified in micro needling and dermaplaning (if you are not) ~This position is for Mon, Tue and every other Sat with the option to add more in the future.
