Massage Envy Spa in Aurora Southwest is looking for an experienced retail sales supervisor to join our team!

We are looking for friendly, positive, goal-oriented people with a passion for great customer service & team building to fill a full time position to assist the Business Manager in the daily clinic operations.

The Assistant Business Manager will work directly with the Business Manager to ensure all tasks are completed in an accurate, efficient and positive manner, including membership sales goals and daily front desk operations, client services...etc. This includes supervisory responsibilities assigned by the Business Manager.

Job Description:

Principal duties include assisting the Clinic Manager with:
• Overseeing and managing the daily operations of the clinic.
• Achieving all membership and retail sales goals.
• Managing sales associates, therapist and esthetician staff.
• Training and monitoring the performance of sales associates.
• Creating and maintaining staff and therapist work schedules.
• Providing excellent service to members/ guests by answering phone calls, setting appointments, greeting members/ guests upon arrival and selling memberships.
• Maintaining professional and impeccable clinic environment for employees and members/ guests.
• Assist with generating sales reports and maintaining inventory at the Clinic Manager's request.
•Must be available to work evenings and weekend shifts.

Experience required:
• College education preferred.
• Management, sales and/or marketing experience is helpful.
• Sales experience in service/retail industry is a must!
• Ability to effectively communicate expectations to staff and create winning a team.
• Able to communicate up-line information to Clinic Manager.
• Competent trainer and motivator.
