Duties include but are not limited to:

Order processing from wholesale and retail customers
Answer incoming phone calls / Make outbound phone calls
Communicate with consumers via phone, email and live chat
Learn about extensive product line to provide recommendations
Educate customers about skin care and recommend skin care products
Conduct "Ask our Esthetician" consultations
Responsible for maintaining a timely and accurate schedule
Report daily activity to appropriate personnel
Requirements:

High level of follow-up, availability and responsiveness
Customer service experience with strong interpersonal and communication
skills, both written and verbal, to be able to communicate effectively with
clients, management and staff

Professional attitude, cheerful, dependable, self-starter, quick learner
Collaborative team player willing to take direction as well as have initiative to complete tasks
High level of organizational skills
Time management skills
Experience in natural skin care sales, wellness and beauty a plus
Physical Demands/Working Conditions:

Must have valid Driver's License
Must have reliable transportation * Ability to stand and sit for long periods of time
10% local travel may be required
